I was fortunate enough for Asha Wells to float through my speakers this week. Check their soft, compelling voice telling thoughtful tales over easy, though far from vacuous indie-folk & classic singer songwriter arrangements. I'm particularly enamoured with the "Mood Indigo" single as its cosmic, almost New Age twist elevates it above the stiff competition.

faintface & Anital Tatlow - Horizon Dreams (Echoes Blue)

Anita Tatlow is another artist who has been repeatedly spotted floating around the TSMM ecosystem of late. Here she lends her vocal talents, & possibly more considering her all round musical ability, to the mysterious Dutch duo faintface, giving their ambient floater am angelic air.
