"Sensibly, both singles sing from the same ambient piano song sheet, and are affable companions, and from the press release, the albums sound like they will be similarly complimentary too."

"rising new age tones and subtle field recordings before a low-frequency bass pulse provides some gravitational pull to bring the ethereal endeavour back down to earth and maintain compositional form"

The machines are soon joined by some sparse, gentle piano caresses that ride the beautifully crafted ambient atmospherics - the twinkling keys the perfect foil for the grainier ambience.

"The twinkling, space-inhabiting synth tones of "Ginseng" are my EP highlight. The sounds falling like the first drops of a welcome summer shower into a sonic void or on a gentle, intermittent ambient pulse"

" its gently restless ambient nature sprinkled with distant piano key presses, some field recordings of indeterminate origin and even a stray bass pulse."

"he’s skilfully blended the music into a seamless, two-hour-long trip through the ambient spectrum. So find a couple of hours to spare, lie back and close your eyes"

"Tysma's light touch on the piano's skin and a faint, cautiously optimistic, ambient awakening, echoing real-life affairs of the heart"

"field recordings that might have sounded tired and detached in more traditional ambient work, but which here are a living, breathing part of the compositions"

The album captures the infinite echoes of decades-old music, and weaves the still-resonating creativity into a wondrous, gaseous ambient odyssey.

"An opiated synth siren then provides a hypnotic rhythmic pulse for the atmospheric layering to cling onto, the succinct sound palette creating a mesmerising, quietly suspenseful slice of ambient electronica that locks you in and won't let go."

"the distressed electroacoustic ambient atmospherics provide a threadbare, but cozy rug for Franzmann’s painfully shy vocals"

the pastoral abstract-folk and ambient-Americana thread that glues the album's evocative field recordings and electronic tinkering together

"the precipitation is nudged into the distance to make space for the early morning silence. Gentle synth tones float out of the apartment window to take in the fresh, damp air"

"MemLoss continues Markarian’s well-honed line in post-glitch ambient minimalism."

"well crafted horizontal listen with the electroacoustic elements uniting in soporific purpose rather than vying for attention, and which bodes well for Corpus' ambient future."

"Detroitian ambient techno aura, the sounds of rain on a windless night through an open window (I think!?) pitter-pattering and a lowish frequency pulse"

"It’s hard to pin down sometimes why some ambient music hits the sweet spot and so much is ignorable - it’s a very fine line at times, especially when, like this one, there’s a relative simplicity to the recording"

"a somewhat fuller-bodied, restless ambient affair; sonic currents washing into each other whilst twinkling machine noise bobs around on the surface."

"Sender is hitting all sorts of soothing, restorative, possibly even wellness-promoting cerebral centres"

"accentuating the positives rather than dwelling on the loss, resulting in a suitably shimmering, twinkling, stately but spritely slice of ambient electronica"

"the somewhat disturbingly named, "bugs all over me", that brushes off the pest control issues with its ambient sensibility"

"a laid-back session by good-listening friends rather than musical colleagues, and the result is a reflective and really pleasing ambient jazz listen"

"the instrumentals carry on their rarefied jazz, new age noodling, lightly stoned, unhurried and unworried way. Your new Sunday morning soundtrack awaits."

"From stately, gravity-free, score-like pieces to piano showcasing minimalism via haunting, low-end rumbling modern compositions, string-infused navel gazing, glitching orchestral drama and cinematic grandeur."
