If you're looking for some Balearic boogie and sunshine disco then the Neapolitan crew are always top of the class, so say hello to producer, keyboard player and DJ, Giorgio Lopez who grew up in the epicentre, sun blessed Naples. With two albums to his name already, one for Prins Thomas's Horisontal Mambo label, he's also got a proven track record, and the sunglasses to prove it.

I'm also happy to report there is a third album incoming via Berlin's Cosmic Romance on May 16th and the first single, "Voyager Sans Bouger" has got me dusting off my espadrilles and linen threads ready for some poolside shuffling and sunset gazing. Summer is on its way.

The impeccably named Magic Manfred gets thing rolling with a bassline that should appeal to disco queens and funkateers alike, quickly aided by some conga magic from Aduni, oh yes - no messing about, there's a full band in the studio. Lopez as well as directing operations, takes lead vocal duty whilst supplying the keyboard hooks, and just for good measure comes through with the French vocals of your 1977 open air Riviera club dreams, Charlotte Colace backs him up on vocal too to add an extra layer of silk and sultriness.

I can't imagine that you've got this far without hitting play, but if not then what are you waiting for? The weather might not be 30C yet but this track is going to get you dancing, smiling, transport you to July nights in your favourite Mediterranean bolt hole, and probably back in time a well. I'm looking forward to the album already.
